I have a problem with my HP Spectre x360 (13-4190nd) that I bought this January. The laptop has an issue with connecting to devices true the usb ports or hdmi (it doesn't transfer the sound to the external screen). It doesn't connect to the Samsung Galaxy SII, S6, S7, S7 edge, Iphone 4 or the Go Pro 4 Silver. It does charge the device that is connected to the laptop, but it doesn't 'recognize' it and I can't see the stuff that's on the device. I did install some Samsung software (usb drivers from the Samsung site) a couple of weeks ago and then it finally connected to the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the go pro. But when I tried to connected the devices again a couple of days ago it didn't work anymore and also after reinstalling the software it still didn't work. Does anybody know what can be the problem? Is this a common issue for this laptop or what software can I install to make sure it recognizes the devices?
