I am a school teacher, and I purchased HP Tilt pen today for remote teaching next term. I asked the sales man if Tilt pen works for all touchscreen laptop, and he said yes. However, after I went home and charged the pen, it seems like the pen connected to my laptop, but I could not use it at all. I don't know if it is compatible with my laptop now. Please provide more advice so that I know what I can do next.

The Serial Number of my laptop is [Private information removed].
