I am a photographer and use Photoshop. Will the Omen 15T work. I ordered the Omen with the following:with the following specs:
- 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA; 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD
- 16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1x16GB)
- 15.6" diagonal FHD 144 Hz IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)
- Windows 10 Home 64
- 4-cell, 70 Wh Li-ion polymer
- Intel® Core™ i7-8750H (2.2 GHz, up to 4.1 GHz, 9 MB cache, 6 cores)+NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050Ti (4 GB GDDR5 dedicated)

You probably should have bitten the bullet and chosen the 4K screen.
An HP ZBook would have been a better choice if it fit in the budget.
A Spectre x360 15t-ch000 CTO notebook with 16GB and a 4K screen would also have been better for your uses. I have one this year as a product loan. It is an impressive device.
