Pavilion x360

Hi so my computer has been this way for about a year now. When I turn on the computer every thing is normal but when I log in my computer immediately turns blue “ A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer...” I’m not really tech savvy and I don’t know what to do. I have tried to call the [Personal Information Removed] number but when I call no one answers. When I try to type an error message pops up it reads error: 00101100x00100100 missing keymgr.dll. I have been trying for days to figure out what’s wrong and what I was given form hp.com is that my Manufacture warranty has expired Manufacture warranty has expired. Now that I know this I don’t know what to do next. Can someone help me?!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

What is the operating system you are using?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
