Notebook 11

My Hp notebook 11 wont fully turn on, it will show the Hp symbol then cut back of then come back on. Last time I used it was maybe a month ago. I've tired to charge it but still is not working.

Hello @AH97,

Thanks for the post and Welcome to HP Forums,

I understand that you are facing an issue with your notebook not booting to the desktop.

Don't worry, I will be glad to help.

Were there any updates being installed on your computer before this issue occurred?

Do you have any external devices connected?

Is the light on the power adapter port stable?

May I know the product number/model of your computer? Click here

Do a power reset.

Please disconnect any devices connected to your computer.

If you have any USB or DVD in the computer, please disconnect it.

Perform a power reset on the computer. Click here for assistance.

Disconnect the adapter, remove the battery (if it can be removed)

Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to drain the static in the computer.

Connect the adapter and battery to the computer.

While holding down the Win + B on the keyboard turn the computer On. Click here to know about restoring BIOS.

This should rollback the BIOS.

If the issue persists, please run a system test on your computer.

Shut down the computer.

Turn the computer ON and keep tapping F2 or ESC repeatedly on startup.

This should get you to a Startup Menu and from there you can select System Diagnostics.

Please select system diagnostics and run a system test. Click here

If the test fails, please contact our phone support for the service options.

If the test passes. Please exit system diagnostics.

Go back to the Startup menu and select recovery manager.

In recovery manager, please select troubleshoot and then select advanced options.

In advanced options, please select automatic repair.

Keep me posted.
