HP Recommended

I am frustrated because I ordered a laptop but after i entered all my credit card information and click pay, a message in red ink says unable to process my order so i did not get an order number. But my credit card has been charged the amount of $823.89 already. Now is past their office hours so i cannot talk to anybody. I tried to chat online about my order but was asking for my order number. I do not have order number as the screen website says "unable to process the transaction at this time, try again later"...huh? but you charged my credit card already? I knew i should have just ordered locally.
