My order H333261166 was placed on February 23, 2020 and it estimated delivery date is March 30, 2020. This is a ridiculous wait time as it is and it is now March 28, 2020 and my order says it still hasn't been built. I am very frustrated because I spent over $1400 for a laptop for school and I havent even got it after almost 5 weeks!

Many HP machines come from China. As you know what is going on right now and nearly all ports are locked down. No one can answer your question.

I believe HP is trying to do its best to get orders out to customers as soon as possible.

Hope this makes sense.

Regards.

Hi, I am  also being in  the same trouble, I placed my order at Feb 13, 2020 and estimated ship date: Mar 12. My order status says that it still hasn't been built yet. What I really frustrated is that the service center cannot answer the revised delivery date. HP was really unprofessional CS behavior for me. HP should have contacted customer first, and explain why they  don't have choice but to delay, when the delivery may be expected, and what would be delay compensation. This is really really bad experience of $1,500.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
