Pro X2 612 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am testing a Pro X2 612 G2 where I work and I noticed that in the Intel Graphics Control Panel, if I click the Options and Support button, the software crashes with the message "Intel(R) Graphics Control Panel has stopped working." Also, the Intel Graphics Control Panel DOES NOT recognise both my monitors that are connected to the USB-C docking station.

It seems that the DisplayLink software is causing the crashing problem because when the software is not installed, the Intel Graphics Control Panel Options and Support button works normally. I even tried using the latest version of the DisplayLink software and the crash still happens.

Does anyone else have either of these problems, regardless of the PC they use?
