sir please help me ......i can not find my hp laptop drivers in the offical HP  website.......my product is 

HP Notebook - 15-ay107ne (Y7X67EA).......

sir it is not my laptop mode....its model is 15-ay015nx but my laptop model is 15-ay107ne.....what should i do?

12GB  RAM

Thanks for the reply and providing the product details of your computer. Recommend you to open Internet explorer visit www.hp.com/drivers and enter the product number of your computer to get the drivers for your computer. Alternately, please run HP Support Assistant for the drivers to be automatically updated on your computer. Click here to know more.

I try above both solutions but they did not work.....please help me to sort out this problem

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
