I just received the laptop yesterday.  powered up and connected to internet but not much else.  I have a white screen covering my desktop picture.  The white screen has the windows 10 options to do things but why aren't .those options on the picture that is my desktop?  I also have no minimizing capabilities - there are no buttons for it available

Thanks David. We got frustrated and did a reset since I wasn’t that far into personalizing. We actually think it was a bad install the first time as everything is working perfectly now!!
