We got one HP Laptop and since it was full of pre-installed software. For security reasons, we decided to reinstall the computer with windows 8.1. So now it complains that the windows version does not suppot the hardware and it asks for windows 10.
Is there a way to get a clean windows 10 version from HP that i can use ?
Or should i just return this and get something that can let me install whatever i want on it.
I am aware that it is not HP's fault. Tho a label or two that can indicate it supports only windows 10 would be nice.

You can clean install Windows 10 using Microsoft windows media creation tool by creating UEFI bootable installation USB: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-clean-install-windows-10-a.html
Windows will be automatically activated after installation while connected to internet
Additional drivers from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-450-g4-notebook-pc/10477253
