Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so since update windows 10 build 1909, the drivers have been a mess. every time i play a game it uses both nvidia card and UHD. its significant enough, that my eye noticed huge drops in framerate. ive been trying to force games run using Nvidia card through nvcp, windows graphic setting, and run with dedicated graphics processor. 

 

i tried installing official hp drivers, but the latest is only for build 1903. so can i rollback through hp or is there a driver pack for 1909?
