Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an all in one 27-a250qd  model. The touch screen stopped working some time ago. Is there a fix? I could not find any drivers on the support site that would help with it.

@STefanor Did you check if the touchscreen works in the BIOS Screen?

  • This would help us determine if this is either a software or hardware related issue, hence I request you tap on F10 during a PC restart and check if you can use the touch feature to select options outside windows.
  • If it doesn't work, this could be a hardware malfunction.
  • If it works, please use the HP website to download all the latest drivers for your device using this link: click here

I checked the bios there are no references or settings to change options with the touch screen

@STefanor You don't have to look for options to change anything related to touchscreen, all i need you to do, is use the touchscreen in the BIOS screen, if it works on it, the issue isn't a hardware one but instead a software related issue and reinstalling the display adapters would be a good start to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
