HP U28 4K HDR Monitor

278513829_3083546461894711_3250116585618795741_n.jpgHi, I recently bought a U28 4K screen. I connect it to my Asus Flow X13 via the USB-C cable provided with the screen. I have black borders appearing on the side and the top that should not be there (the image does not fit the physical screen). It seems to be a scaling problem.
The support website only offers support for this black borders issue when connected via HDMI or DVI (https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/c01775596). Using the solutions depicted in this link does not help anyway.

I have contacted FB messenger support and they were useless.

Any suggestions?
