Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr1679cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Has anyone had issues concerning the webcam and Bluetooth? I clearly have a laptop that has Bluetooth and webcam capability but it has somehow disappeared. I have use both of these options in the past. I went to start a zoom meeting and a prompt that no webcam could be found appeared. I have a zoom call this evening. Please help

(1) In most cases the simplest solution:

 

=> Use Windows Restore to return to the restore point before the error occurred.
