Product: HP Pavilion TouchSmart 15-b153cl Sleekbook

When I use the bulit in toutch pad to go down to the tool bar the arrow turns into a constant circle and also my internet,bluetooth is missing in the toolbar I can't click on anything even the start up menu someone help me please I start school in 2 weeks I have to have this laptop working!

Let me check your current system configuration before we take a look at the toolbar ...

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Please report your results

Hi it's cassie the os name is Windows 10 home the sku is D1E42UA#ABA the HP product number is 10.019044 Build 19044 the processor bios versio /date is (wow way old I got this at a pond shop for me to start school) Insyde F.1A,02/21/2013

(1) Download and install BIOS Update

Why should you install the update ?

(2) Reboot

(3) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

(4) Test notebook

(5) Please report your results
