Hey there! @Jacob-D,

Does the issue persist on the BIOS page?

Have you tried checking with an external monitor does the issue persist?

If the issue persists on the BIOS page it is a hardware issue with the display.

Please find the replacement part number for the display raw panel and display cable listed below.

813959-001    SPS-LCD RAW PANEL BV

813943-001    Display panel cable

You can purchase the part from HP parts store using this link. Click Here

If the issue does not persist in BIOS try updating the graphics driver and BIOS on the PC.

Uninstall the graphics driver from device manager and install the latest version of BIOS and graphics drivers on the PC using the HP support assistant.

Refer this article to know more information about using HP support assistant. Click Here

Also, Try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.

1.    Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2.    Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3.    On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4.    Press F10 to Save and Exit.
5.    Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6.    Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
