HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion 17-e146us
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Camera works off and on.  I thought I had a software conflict and uninstalled the YouCam software that came pre-installed.  That didn't work. I re-installed a later YouCam9 version and it is still working off an on.  Is my video card going bad and is there a way to check it.  Any ideas
