Hi!

I own a Pavilion 15-cw1012la laptop. Recently, we found out the screen was damaged and needs replacement, so I've been searching for the particular display panel but I haven't seen any available for purchase so far.

 

First, I entered my Serial Number into the HP SURFER WEBSITE,and I saw the complete document with the specific parts pertaining to my product. There, I could find the name and model of the appropiate display (it is

LCD PANEL 15.6 HD BV LED SVA L29686-001

), however, I tried to look for the product on the HP Parts Store, and got this: L29686-001   Part is not orderable in the HP Parts Store.
LCD PANEL 15.6 HD BV LED SVA  
RoHS: COMPLY_2.06.

 

Then, I decided to look in the recommended resellers' list, but again, I didn't find the product.

 

I would like to know if there's any store in which I can find this display. I REALLY NEED IT. If by any chance I didn't get the updated information and you have the display in stock, please let me know.

I have checked the manual ( Page number 22)

In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Or you can conatct local service center for repair.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
