15-da0352tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear team,

Someone please clarify my doubt. i'm using a HP 15-da0352tu model laptop which is running on windows 10 home - 64bit.

From the first day itself the display visibility is not that clear and the shapes of icons will be like broken pixels. so i've verified the display settings. the resolution is 1920 x 1080,  60hz refresh rate, ( Bit - depth : 6 bit ). I'm suspecting this is causing the problem. the driver is " Intel HD graphics 620 ".

Is there any possibility to improve the bit-depth to 8 bit??? kindly suggest.

Thanks in advance.

@NK1994 Welcome to HP Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know if you select 8bit will you get 100% sRGB.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you refer to the below service guide for your computer (Under display panel) and it will give you all the details about the display on your computer.
