HP ENVY Laptop 17m-bw0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently contacted HP support. I am very disappointed that their support team could not answer the simple question.

Does my HP ENVY Laptop 17m-bw0xxx support MIcorsoft Pen Protocol (MPP)?

Why would they advise me to contact microsoft instead? I am sorry, but I just felt very disgusted, because HP is the device manufacturer. Should the question be too technical, the support representative should escalate this instead.

P.S. - HP should not tolerate incompetence in their workforce.

Please check the following compatible list to select a right one.

If your machine is not on the list, come back later for more updates.

Thank you for the reply Banhein.

the link you gave me is a compatibility chart with HP pens and stylus.

I am am looking to find out what HP laptops/desktops with touch (my laptop is a 17” envy touch) are compatible with pens and stylus using the Microsoft Pen Protocol. There are numerous brands that use this protocol. It is more of a question wether HP machines supports this protocol or not.

i am hoping to find out.
