Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Envy x360 13m BD0023DX. It was bought back in 2021. It's warranty period already expired. Few days back suddenly the left hinge of the laptop broke the display and came out of it. Now the laptop works without the touchscreen in the broken portion. Other things of the laptop are functioning well. Now is it possible to exchange the old laptop with a new one?

Please let me know. Your help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
