Recently, I've been getting back into some games I used to play (Runescape & Minecraft). However, now when I open both those games, I receive a "Drivers outdated!" error. This won't stop me from play the games but does affect how everything runs. In the past, HP always says I have the most updated driver and I can't update automatically. I was able to finally get version 21.20.16.4821 (10/2/2017) to manually download and install. When viewing the 'Device Manager', my Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 is listed as that properly. It also shows that in the HP Support Assistant. Yes I have restarted my laptop since installing. But, Minecraft still gives me the error (I snoozed Runescape's pop up last week for a month so idk about that one). Minecraft is the most recent version/up to date. Am I doing something wrong? Is there another version available that I don't see? Thank you for any help!

@HoroWolf

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I would suggest performing system factory reset will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted and outdated software will be removed and you can install your games and check.

While doing the recovery there is an option to backup your personal files. If you have not previously done one now is a good time.

Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows )You can also contact HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
