Graphics corruption using Iris drivers

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all

I am experiencing graphics corruption when using the Iris drivers - it's often quite severe, and occurs when there's any animation on the screen,  but has been hard to screenshot although you can see a little in the black areas of the attached image.  Disabling Iris and using the basic Windows driver resolves the issue, but isn't obviously a great solution...

All drivers etc are up to date.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions / assistance.

With thanks.

Hi @Fluffometer,

Welcome to HP Forums!

I have read your post and wanted to help.

I understand that the graphics driver crashes frequently on your laptop. If your laptop has the Intel® Iris™ Graphics 6100, please install the follow graphics driver:

Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver

sp74697.exe

Release details

Let me know if this driver works.

Thanks, but that's the driver that's already installed.

Thanks, but none of that article is really very relevant at all - this is a new, unused, machine and has had the problem all along.
