Hello,

Active pen G3 is pairing correctly with the laptop, the buttons on the pen work fine, everything is good, besides this BIG defect:

there are some areas of the screen (vertical stripes) that cannot detect the tip of the pen. In those area it is impossible to write anything. Can you help me to solve this? There was another post on the same topic.
