Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)

The touchpad paint is deteriorating, resulting in decreased smoothness and affecting my productivity. Could you please confirm if this issue, along with its impact on performance, is covered under my Care Pack?

I wish we could help you on this but we here are unable to assist you in this issue.


We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not affiliated with HP.


We have no access to HP Warranty functional areas and can not help you with issues related to those. These issues include Warranty: Coverage, Expiration, Renewal, or Extension.


Nor are we able to contact customers via chat, email, text, or telephone.
