HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 laptop (Hinge Broken) from the right side corner  of the Laptop. I just tried to close my laptop a day ago and it was not possible as right side Hinge broken and I do not want to close it, as it may can create more damage.

Is there any place in Germany, I can send my laptop for repair. Also, any information how much does it cost? how much time it may take ?

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
