HP PAVILLION x360 m convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased the HP Pavillion x360 from BestBuy 4 years ago and from last 2 years the bottom right corner of the screen popped out while simply opening the laptop. We tried to get it fixed through a customer service center but they were unable to do so. Now few months back a plastic tab that is supposed to hold the screen in place is now visible and two screws came out. The computer functions, but I'm not closing it anymore and will not be able to travel with it, if needed.

I'm surprised at the quality issue we are having because heard a lot of cases like this with this type of model. It is very odd that a physical problem would occur.

The product was not dropped or abused in any way shape or form. It was simply a failure of the structural components that was not able to withstand normal and gentle use for a year. Please let me know how to fix this issue because at present I am unable to use my laptop.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I have reviewed your post and I understand that the Notebook screen is popping out from the case. It seems like a housing-related issue. In order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
