Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few months back I bought an HP Probook 440 G5 base model with intel 8th gen 8250 U processor and uhd 620 graphics and having a wierd issue with it from the beginning. I get a white horizontal line which flashes randomly anywhere on screen and disappears just as quickly. I tried many drivers and solutions but nothing worked not even BIOS update. Finally I found something wierd that the issue fixes itself if I open bios before starting Windows. If I open bios menu or boot menu first and then boot into windows I don't get any graphics issues however if I directly boot into my OS without interruption I start seeing white lines from the onset. Also putting the computer to sleep or turning off display seems to cause this problem or worsens it.
