Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm an enthusiast of the Tilt Pen and I use it a lot. However, I never know when the battery is draining, and often I have to recharge. Is there any app of functionality to check on the battery usage? Any procedure to check on the pen? Any way to know whether the device is on or off?

This is crucial since I can save battery by switching it off.

Best regards,

Felippe

There are no Apps which you can use to monitor the Battery Charge. But there is a small light indicator and if it turns Red it means the battery is low

You can refer to the User Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06242118

Thank you 😊

Thank you, KrazyToad.

I do not know what to think of this reply. Whether my post was completely misleading and confusing or the answer was the standard, which insults everyone's intelligence and delegitimizes this Forum as contact channel with HP customers - sorry this harsh but honest comment.

I am aware that HP Tilt pen does not have an app to check on the battery and that the blinking light tells when the battery is running out. Moving beyond this obvious observation,  we could think about how to improve CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. What I expect from HP support team is an outlook to solving the problem which seems to bother everyone and that's been raised over and over without a positioning.

Please, consider my sincere apologies and know that this is nothing personal. I just want to raise HP awareness that this might work against the company efforts to make a great product.

Best regards,

Felippe

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you
