Hello,

 

i have an isse with a Zbook Firefly, it is impossible to change de brigtness.

 

- This is no possibilites from display settings (Brightness bar not present)
- This is not possible from Action center, it is activated but greyed out. (And not present in the right bottom corner)

- This is not possible from Nvidia control pannel (Display settings not present)
- I have updated all drivers with the HP support assist and HP Image assistant

- I uninstalled the Intel Iris XE driver device manager and last version installed from this link :

- I updated the Nvidia graphical driver

- I updated Windows

- I tried 4 differents programs to modify the brightness. When i change it from them (moving brightness bar),
i see no difference.

Can you please give me additionnal advices ?
