Hp Envy x3560 Convertible 15-ee0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

note: I have had nothing near my laptop. It's connected to external monitors on a raised desk so there's next to no chance it's user damage.

I lodged the incident with Curry's (retailer I bought it from) and they have sent it for 'repair' twice. Both times it has come back saying they can't fix cracked screens, they obviously haven't read the repair notes in that it's a product fault that has caused the issue but no one on their side seems capable of listening or using logic. Does anyone know how much a screen repair would be? Product parts? difficulty of self-repair? I don't have use of the touch screen at the minute (had to disable in BIOS settings so I can use) which is what I bought the laptop for! 7 months the issue has been outstanding with Curry's unfortunately and want to see if it would just be easier rather than having to speak to their useless customer service/ombudsman.

Thanks in advance, all help appreciated.
