Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have the following pc: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2; [Personal Information Removed]

For about a week, using the various webinar programs: Teams, Zoom, Webex: the camera works 1-2 seconds and then the video freezes with the last image taken. With Teams the warning comes out: the video does not work it is not possible to use the camera for video call.

With the Windows camera app, it jerks, with long periods of black, then either freezes on one image or more frequently stays all black.

Frankly, I had not checked in the past with "camera", but I have been using intensively since I have the PC, as I believe everybody nowadays, the webcam for virtual meetings. And it has always worked.

I downloaded the camera drivers from the HP website and installed them, but nothing has changed.
Yesterday the pc reported me this error, if it can help 0xA00F4240 <UNKNOWN> (0x800706DF).

From the Microsoft site (answer) after advising me the indicated passage of the drivers, they advised me to contact you.

Is anybody able to please suggest me how to solve the problem? thanks
