Product: HP 14 Laptop (30J32AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi There,

I have bought hp 14s laptop on June 17 and I could see the keyboard marks on light screen. But not visible on dark screen. It is not a dirt and seems to be some issues with display. Kindly suggest a solution to fix this asap.

Could you please try cleaning the mark with a dry and neat cloth?

Also, may I know if you see the mark on the BIOS screen?
