Please advise how can I install Windows 32bit display driver on my HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce0xxx.

Hi:

 

No 32 bit drivers were developed by the manufacturer for the graphics adapter your notebook comes with.

 

You can only run W10 64 bit on your notebook.
