HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0023dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just checking, my brand new unit does not have the option to automatically adapt the brightness to ambient light. I did however wipe the original O/S and installed clear Win 10 Enterprise, then downloaded and installed HP drivers. Does anybody else have this issue? Does this model have a sensor or not?

Thanks!

@ecos__ Could you attach an image of this sensor you are referring to? so we know exactly what you need help with?

Also, in the meantime, I must let you know that HP doesn't recommend or support using retail version of windows on the device, and hence, If you don't have an HP Recovery media, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.

Or you may also attempt to download the same using the steps on this link: click here (cloud)
