I purchased a 2020 HP 360 envy corei7 from Best buy less than 2 weeks ago. The first day I had it, within 3 hours, the screen started shaking and it went blank twice. I called best buy and he said to return it to store immediately and get it replaced. I was unable to do that. I also needed the computer for the next day and Best buy had no more left. I continued to use it and had no more shaking or screen going blank. Now today, it started all over again. Now I am worried I have a faulty computer. I have always purchased HP's because I have never had any problems. I am concerned now Please help or advise. Jodi

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
