Can anyone tell me, why touchpad does not working?
I tried download drivers from HP site, search related topics on this forum, but every time I see error code 24 in device's properties.
Also when I select "reboot" option, Windows shutting down and then notebook off's the power.
May be there is hardware trouble with my notebook?
Theese troubles I have since first logon to my computer.

I know you said you downloading the drivers but here is a link to download Synaptics TouchPad Driver SP72875.
Please also look at Using the TouchPad or ClickPad (Windows 10).

Please try to delete the Synaptics SMBus TouchPad.
Disconnect any devices that are connected by USB.
Restart the computer.
