Linux

Hi,

My HP laptop only had HDMI port and I use UBUNTU OS.  I want to connect Dual Monitors with it. I can connect 1st montor through HDMI port and Is there any possible way connect 2nd Monitor via USB port?

Thanks....

The simple answer is yes -- using a USB-to-VGA adapter as I have one of those and run two different Linux distros with dual screens.

The more complicated answer is -- it depends -- on whether not the adapter has Linux drivers.  Mine (which I got long ago from Radio Shack) does have drivers -- but you would have to check any that you plan to buy to confirm they do, because while everything comes with Windows drivers, little if anything comes with Linux drivers.
