x360 13-AY0003-ND
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

large image.pngHi,

The image shows a photo of some broken pixels on my brand new x360. These are the weirdest "dead" pixels I have ever seen and that says something because I used to work in a computer shop. The color and intensity are affected by the vertical row of about 900 pixels just below these broken pixels. It looks like the broken pixels have the average color of these 900 pixels. These pixels change color all the time and are sometimes quite visible because it is a cluster of four. This defect is also visible in BIOS and rotating the screen does not change the physical position of these pixels.

Does anyone know what is wrong with this LCD? Are there any fixes? Is this covered under warranty? I got this x360 less than a week ago.
