White and Purple-ish pixels, and line. Only on black screen. Pictures included

Upon opening my computer after a few hours there is an odd line on my screen; I have circled it in yellow. It seems to fade when I apply pressure. It only shows on black screens. It does not show on any other colored screen.  It does immediately pop up when restarting the computer. Is it a scratch or pixels? How can i fix it?

Try another external monitor or check if this happen in BIOS:

Tapping the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen is supposed to get you to the menu of options. Then select the F10 option to access the BIOS.
