Your system might have a backlit keyboard - the series offers the option.
If your computer includes the backlit keyboard feature, the option is explained in the User Guide (and the Maintenance Guide, too).

If you want a backlit keyboard but your computer does not have one, you can investigate purchasing a backlit keyboard and installing it into your computer.
