hp probook 4340s not turn on

Product Name: probook 4340s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi i have hp probook 4340s with i5 3230m 

 Laptop does not work , and now it will not turn on . When inserting a battery or charger cpu fan starts 3 seconds and turns off...

until I unplugged . There is no indication on the computer , I tried to do everything what it could be ?

Appologize for the issues you have been experiencing with your HP Notebook.

Try this,

 

1. Disconnect the AC Adapter.[charger]
2. Remove the Battery.
3. Hold the Power button down for 30 seconds. [with no power source or peripheral connected]
4. Reconnect the AC adapter without connecting the battery.
5. Switch ON the Notebook power and check if the fault persists.

 

Also, check the Caps lock light for the following patterns.

LEDs blink 1 time
CPU
CPU not functional
   
LEDs blink 2 times
BIOS
BIOS corruption failure

LEDs blink 3 times
Memory
Module error not functional

LEDs blink 4 times
Graphics
Graphics controller not functional

LEDs blink 5 times
System board
General system board failure

LEDs blink 6 times
BIOS
BIOS authentication failure
