Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Laptop back of screen got scratch and its more scratch and i dont know how to contract Hp customer service and i have hp warranty. my mouse is not working from so many months and i reset and i try to contract hp but i didnt get help  and i have test hp pc hardware diagnostics test and nothing work. please help me for fix my problems.

We are not HP Tech Support and can do nothing for you to address this issue -- as we have no input on warranty repairs.

 

You have to contact HP Support yourself about this.
