touchpad not working from new

HP Spectre X360 i3-4125TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got my new Spectre X360 home from new. Touchpad not working at all. Touchscreen fine but annoying.

 

I have checked support assistant and updated all drivers. Restarted several times.

 

Whilst in the shop the only thing that happened was an external USB mouse was plgged in as I was being shown its a working unit etc.

 

Help please.

I understand that touchpad is not working on your laptop.

 

Please update Synaptics touchpad driver using the link below.
