Just got my new Spectre X360 home from new. Touchpad not working at all. Touchscreen fine but annoying.
I have checked support assistant and updated all drivers. Restarted several times.
Whilst in the shop the only thing that happened was an external USB mouse was plgged in as I was being shown its a working unit etc.
