Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop 15-dy5033dx bluetooth can detect and connect to other devices but whenever I want to transfer files, this message pops up

"Bluetooth file transfer not completed
Windows was unable to transfer some files
An address incompatible with the requested protocol was used.
To try' again, click the Back arrow"

Any solution please?
