My bluetooth devices is not detected, its not showing in device manager or the settings. I have tried updating the drivers but the installation fails due to the "No bluetooth device detected" error.
I have also tried changing the Bluetooth service starting to "Automatic", that was no help as well.

Found that the PC doesn’t have the drivers for the Windows 10 operating system. the Bluetooth driver is difficult to find.
However, try the steps below and check if that resolves the issue.
Since the wireless card has integrated wireless card and Bluetooth controller,
I request you try the diagnostics using the link below and check if that helps.
Also, try the BIOS update as well to check if that fixes the issue.
