HP Recommended
Product: Envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought an Envy 360. And so far it works great. However I have a problem:

 

When I try to connect my Samsung Galaxy A9 or the Tab A via bluetooth, it pairs fine but Envy won't connect. I've deleted the pairing and tried again but the connection doesn't happen.

 

Any ideas or suggestions?
