HP Client Security is blocking Bluetooth

Probook 450 G3
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, I have HP Probook 450 G3. In order to have better security, I installed HP Clint Security. Later on, I got a Bluetooth mouse. The problem is I could not connect the mouse to my PC. While I was looking for the problem, I noticed that HP Client Security has the ability to lock and unlock my by a cellphone via Bluetooth. When I was checking this feature, I noticed that Bluetooth started automatically and my mouse is working as needed. However, when I close the HP Clint Security window, Bluetooth disappears and mouse gets disconnected.

I checked the user manual of HP Clint Security and could not find any helpful information.

The question is can I disable this feature, so the mouse (and any other Bluetooth device) operate easily on my laptop.

Thank you in advance.

Have you been able to resolve this? I am having the exact same issue and it's driving me crazy. I need to have functional bluetooth.
