Even if done but does not work it might be that
The wifi card is broken and that it needs to be replaced?
And maybe it is because of that that f12 key stays lit because that wifi card is broken.

Hello Kumar,
I don't see a wireless card or anything to do with wireless components.
So that means my WiFi card is defective?
Is that why the f12 key is constantly lit and does not want to go out?

Yes, unfortunately, it seems like a hardware issue with the wireless card. We have exhausted all the possible troubleshooting steps and the issue still persists.

 

Please contact the HP Support team for further assistance/service options as mentioned in the previous post.
